It was a big convoy of loaded cars from Russia to Eastern Ukraine involved, as people were there in critical condition without food. Cars convoy spent so many days at the Ukrainian border as was not allowed to enter, because Kiev's Ukraine was not allowed and plus EU was talking nonsense what pointed above, for me it was so strange, hopefully after view weeks of negotiation they went through without even support of RED CROSS organization as they run away because of the fear or simply did not want to assist in the beginning only after many trouble they became a bit OK, you can see some more info at: https://www.google.com.au/search?q=гуманитарная+помощь+украине&biw=1768&bih=884&tbm=isch&tbo=u&source=univ&sa=X&ei=ozM-VOj5E8TZoATIy4HwAQ&sqi=2&ved=0CBwQsAQ
